Question:
Im looking to replace my integrated brake controller on my 2018 Toyota tundra. It always disconnects from the trailer, seems to be a wide spread problem for this year. Ive read that a lot of people go with the TEKONSHA P3 BRAKE CONTROL. I like it cause it can fit where the old brake controller goes. When I get on your website it says its not compatible with my truck. I was wondering why that is. Is it because of the wiring harness that comes with it? Is there a wiring harness for this year. If not is there another product that will fit in the space of the old integrated brake controller. I like the idea of a plug and play controller as well. Thank you

Hey Jared, so the P3 part # 90195 is a great option for a brake controller for your 2018 Toyota Tundra but oddly enough Tekonsha doesn't have an install harness so you'd have to use the Curt # C51455 and wire it directly to the universal harness that comes with the P3 and then plug that in under your dash.

U wouldn't happen to have the wiring diagram for that would u? I appreciate u answering all my questions. Toyota and the dealers are no help with this. If u did have some type of wiring diagram I could attempt it or take it to a shop and have it done. Thanks Jared
