Question:
Hi, I have a 2008 Jayco Jay Fl8ght 30 BHDS. On the road this week and both sides started smoking, throwing grease, and over heating. What replacement parts should I get, bearings, drums, and brakes? Thanks

Hello Erin, thanks for reaching out. We should certainly have the parts you need, but there is no way to look up your trailer to know exactly what hubs and bearings you will need. RV manufacturers just are not that specific with their online literature.
It will still be pretty easy to figure out though. If you can take a look at one of your drums, there should be a part number cast on the front. Get me that part number and I should be able to use that to look up your brake/drum size, bearing sizing and bolt pattern. Or if you happen to know your axle capacity, bearing numbers and bolt pattern that works too.
Reply on this page and I am happy to look into it and send you a parts list.

Jesse, just got a tire off. Here's what is on the drum, Dexter 8-201 Maximum Rebore drum diameter 12.09, MTA 3-341 or 3-3U1, not sure on that last one. The rims have a 6 bolt pattern. Hope this is enough.
