Question:

I have a 2022 f350 long bed. Pulling a sprinter 5th wheel camper. Looking to convert the camper to a gooseneck. Which adapter would you highly recommend.

Hey Kevin! If you're looking for an adapter you can bolt onto your existing pin box I recommend the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G.

However, I do think it is better to completely swap out the pin box with one like the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY38FR. This will also improve your ride quality. These are bolt pattern specific so if you decide to go this route I will need the serial number off of your existing pin box sticker (or if you already know what it is like a 1621 or Rhino that's even better) and the GVWR of your trailer.
