There are several issues with what you are wanting, Dreu.
First, the folding tongue is going to severely limit what you can use. Something like the Curt Friction Sway Control # 17200 needs to be installed at an angle (like on an A-Frame style trailer), which would mean you need something like the Reese Pole-Tongue Adapter # RP58393. The problem there is these adapters and or sway control systems cannot be used with surge brakes or folding tongue as they can cause them to fail. Which would be very bad. This would leave something like the Tuson Trailer Sway Control System # 335TSC-1000, which requires the trailer to have electric brakes. Most boat trailers do not use electric brakes, but some do. This is expensive, but may work for you.
The second thing is towing the boat behind your 5th wheel. This is something we always try to steer people away from doing as there will always be sway issues with triple towing, as it sounds like you are experiencing, and is illegal in most states. If it is legal where you are, I think the only viable option is the Tuson sway control system.
What are you using as a tow vehicle?

Hey Dreu, How's it going with the sway control for your boat trailer? Did the Tuson sway control system work out for you, or did you find another solution? I'm curious to know how it turned out, as it could really help others in a similar situation.
