Hey Ed. I have a solution for you but you can't weld the steel outer tube or channel on the Square Drop Leg Stabilizer Jack item # SJ-R208 to your aluminum trailer. The melting temp of the steel is too high compared to aluminum.
Instead, I recommend the etrailer 2 Swivel Jacks item # e34RV. This set of two jacks come with bolt on swivel pipe mounting brackets that can be attached directly to your aluminum trailer's frame. The jacks are only 10-1/4" tall measured from the center of the mounting brackets and extend up to 20-1/4" to stabilize your trailer. They have a combined 5,000 lbs support capacity to help with loading and unloading your Legend Trailer.
Please note that the brackets that come with the etrailer 2 Swivel Jacks item # e34RV are made of steel. You will want to use a gasket or thick piece of plastic between the brackets and your aluminum frame. This will prevent galvanic corrosion due to different metals being in contact with each other.
What do you haul with your Legend trailer? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.

I use those double jacks on my utility trailer, one on each side behind the younger area. They work great to balance the frame instead of propping up one side. Good cranking and powerful little jacks. I did the bolt on method and used a higher class of bolt. No problem with these jacks at all!
