Hey Ross, thanks for reaching out. I believe we are working on a video for the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack # e74GV, but this is a fairly new product, so we have not had the chance to finish it yet.
I do not have any exact numbers for the speed of the jack. We do have one on our training trailer here at the shop and it works great. I can tell you the speed of the jack will depend on the trailer weight. Our training trailer is fairly light because it is mostly gutted right now, so the jack moves fairly quickly. I was able to fully raise the jack, and lower it on to the hitch ball in under a minute. It will slow down the more tongue weight is added.
