A bare jack tube concentrates all the weight in a small spot, which is why it slowly sinks into dirt, grass, or soft ground. This kit pairs a wide drop leg with a SnapPad underneath it, spreading the load and giving the jack a more secure place to sit from the moment you set it down.
Stacks of wood, plastic blocks, and scraps are a workaround, not a solution. With the drop leg and SnapPad already in place, the support you need is built into the jack, so there's nothing extra to carry, store, or line up when you arrive.
The drop leg gives you multiple height positions, letting you get the tongue close to level with a couple of pin moves. That means less cranking on the jack and fewer back-and-forth adjustments when the ground isn't cooperating.

The leg was very easy to install as was the snapPad. It was just what I was looking for, so now I don't have to carry multiple blocks for the tongue jack.
