I have a stabilizer jack high speed lc 298707, can I install another switch for the other side of trailer.

Hey Bruce, while the Lippert stabilizer jack part # LC298707 wasn't designed to have a second switch setup there is a way with an additional switch part # LC387874. You would have to run each wire of this switch and tee it into the wiring on the jack back by the other switch though.

Because the power leg is protected by a 20 amp circuit breaker, it's recommended that 12 gauge wire be used. I've provided a wiring diagram of the #LC298707 for you. You can see an install video by clicking the provided link.
