What Is The Diameter Of The Center Hole On The Rim TA84XR?

Updated 07/11/2025 | Published 06/30/2025

Question:

What is the diameter of the hole for the in the center cap? I’m considering these wheels as an upgrade to add 17.5 inch load range H tires to a 2024 Alliance 385FL with the Morryde 8k IS. I’m checking if the Alliance covers will work with these center caps.

Hey Bill,

The center hole, or pilot hole that the center cap would fit into is a 4.80" diameter hole. This is a great upgraded wheel for those tires you are wanting to add.

What size are the Alliance covers you have?

Hi Nick, Thanks for getting back to me. I’m looking for the diameter of the hole in the center of the face of the cap. Not the diameter of the entire cap itself. It should be about 1 3/4 inches. V/R, Bill

@BillC I had a 50/50 chance of getting the right one the first try! I just ran out to the warehouse to double check that for you. That smaller center hole is in fact 1-3/4" like you said.
