Which Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors Fit Malone XtraLight Kayak Trailer

Thanks for the help in getting a 12 inch higher speed tire for my extra light trailer,wheels/tires are shipped I forgot to ask what model bearing buddy will fit my trailer

Hey Ed, welcome back! The hubs on your Malone XtraLight Kayak Trailer have a 1.98" hub bore diameter. The Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB1980A you looked at are the correct size and fit. We also have the stainless steel version # BB1980A-SS. How are the wheels and tires working out for you?

Tires fit well high quality only problem is not enough clearance in fender area do you have any brackets that would give an extra 2/3 inch clearance

@Edm unfortunately, we don't have any specific brackets to accomplish that. Clearance is often the issue if you upgrade tire sizes. You can probably manage to move them up with some simple brackets from your local hardware store.
