Do The SnapPad StakPads Replace My Existing SnapPads Or Do They Work With Them?

Published 06/11/2025

Question:

I already have SnapPads on my Jayco, and they’ve been great. I’m just wondering if these are meant to replace those or if they’re a separate add-on? -Laura in Michigan with 2020 Jayco North Point, campground host.

Hi Laura—thank you for the great work hosting campers out there! To answer your question: the StakPads are a companion to your current SnapPads, not a replacement. Think of them as the foundation to your foundation. They stack underneath your existing SnapPads or jack feet and lock in place thanks to their textured surface.

A lot of our neighbors use them when parking long-term or dealing with less-than-perfect site grading. They keep things more stable and eliminate the need for those homemade wood blocks nobody likes to carry around - also less splinters!
If you try them out at your current site, let us know how they do—and what kind of ground you’re working with!

The SnapPad pads come in the following colors:
-black # SN74VR
-white # SN64VR
-purple # SN84VR
-pink # SN24VR

That’s perfect, Andrew—thank you! We’re heading into our busy season here and I’ve been trying to make setup as smooth as possible between guest arrivals. These sound like they’ll give us a more solid base without all the extra wood blocks. I’ll give them a try at our upper loop where the ground’s a little uneven and let you know how it goes!

@Laura You’re very welcome, Laura—and that sounds like a great plan! That sounds like the perfect spot to really put the StakPads to work. I think you’ll find they really cut down on time, especially when you’re setting up or leaving in a hurry. Would love to hear how they do once they’ve been through a full test cycle. Thanks again for all you do at the campground—and good luck this season!
