Replacement 2820 Key for Sears X-Cargo Sport Box

Question:

I need a replacement key to fit my Sears X-Cargo Sport 20 cartop carrier. The key code is 2820. I bought a replacement from Amazon but it doesnt work. Any suggestions? I would really appreciate it! Thank you!

@Jim That's an odd brand name for the key but the rest of it does seem like it was supposed to be correct. You can definitely return things from us. Typically with replacement Thule keys the first time you use them you have to lightly tap them all the way in to fully seat them.
