Can I Replace the Spring Bar on my Weight Distribution System?

I somehow lost a bar off my weight distribution hitch. I was wondering if there was a way to get a replacement?

We do have replacement spring bars for weight distribution systems, but I'll need to know what brand, model, and weight rating you have in order to help you get the correct replacement.

It just says 15,000 lbs and 1,500 on the Curt hitch. Have the remaining bar that is 35” long
