Question:
Can the thermostat control a furnace?

Hey Tim, thanks for reaching out!
The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ADV92SR is only compatible with the Advent Heat Strip # ADV34QR when it comes to adding heat to the RV.
For an AC system that's compatible with a furnace you need the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR73TD instead.
In order for this to work with the furnace you need to put the dip switches on the thermostat in the correct positions. I've attached a snipped from the thermostat instructions for you to check out.
Are you planning on installing this yourself, or are you going to have a shop/tech do it?

Hey Tim, did you decide to go with the Furrion Chill system for your furnace setup, or did you stick with the Advent Air system? I'm curious to know how it worked out for you, as it could help others looking to set up their RV heating systems.
