Looking For Replacement Converter For 2020 Jayco Pinnacle 32RLTS

Updated 09/12/2025 | Published 05/18/2025

Question:

I need to replace my RV converter. But dont know which I need, and dont have current model info. What I do know is - 2020 Jayco Pinnacle 32RLTS with no 12V power. 2 house batteries - Interstate Battery SRM-27, 88AM, 160RC, 750 MCA. batteries were trickle charged over the winter. load tested right before install this past Firday. Sunday afternoon both batteries are down to 8V and to 0 under load test. So I think my converter is not charging after some internet research. My 5th wheel is 3 hrs away, and I will not be back to it until this Friday. I want to go into the repair with a replacement converter just is case its not a fuse issue. Problem is I dont know what converter I need. hence this long winded explanation and question - do you know what converter the 2020 Jayco Pinnacle 32RLTS needs? Thank you, Wayne

Hello Wayne, thanks for reaching out. We should absolutely have a converter solution for you. Sadly, there is no way to look up your 5th wheel to know exactly what model you have. RV manufacturers just do not list this kind of info online. Your best bet will be to take a look at the current unit and get the part number/model number. There should be a sticker on it with all that info.

That will tell us exactly what model you have, and what the appropriate replacement will be. When you get to your 5th wheel on Friday take a look and see what you can see.

Come back to this page and hit the reply bottom below and get me that info. I am happy to look into it and make a recommendation.
