Best Swing Away Adapter For 2 E-bikes

Question:
What is the instant rebate on the Yakima backswing hitch adapter? Of the similar adapters you sell, which is the sturdiest? I would be carrying two 75 lb e-bikes plus their carrier rack.

Hey Reginald,
The Yakima rebate is an instant rebate, 20% off that item which is already reflected in the price on our website.
Out of the swing away adapters, Yakima has the better quality adapter. The # Y02483 has a 250lbs capacity, so I would recommended gathering the weight of the bikes plus the carrier to make sure you are not over that capacity. There is another good option with a 300lb capacity for if you do need something to handle more weight. The # S86SR, Swagman Adapter is a good option if you end up having to carry more than 250lbs. It also has an instant rebate currently like Yakima.
I recommend adding the weight of the carrier to your bikes and see what you are coming in at. If it is under 250 I would go with the Yakima Swing Away, if it ends up being more the Swagman is the better way to go.
