Will Timbren Front SES Require Spacer on 2024 Ford F-250 With Ready Lift Puck Level

Updated 09/29/2025 | Published 05/07/2025

Question:

My 2024 F250 has a 15 inch Ready Lift puck level on the front end and I would like to add the Timbren TFF350SDCs to the front end. Would I need additional rubber spacers or are the front Timbrens not required? The rear end is still stock and already has Timbren FRTT350Js installed on the rear to handle my 3000lb truck camper.

Hey Ed! For most applications the rear Timbren SES is adequate. However, since you have a truck camper I think they would be beneficial. I'm assuming that is a 1.5" lift and not a 15" front lift or you are in for a rough time with the camper. Timbren requires a 1/2" - 1-1/2" gap to work properly so the best thing you can do is measure.

The overall height of the # TFF350SDC is 5-1/4" so you can check where your current bump stop is located to see if spacers are required. We have 1/2" # TA25722-90P00 and 1" # A25723-90AH00 available. Remember, if you add spacers to make it a 1/2" gap the SES will engage faster compared to a 1-1/2" gap.

Hey Ed, did you have a chance to measure the gap for your Timbren setup on the front of your truck? I'm curious to know if you found that adding the spacers helped with your truck camper, as it could help others in a similar situation.
