Hey Val! The B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System # BWMC2301 is designed for the touring line of Harley Davidson motorcycles. So it should work great for your 2016 HD Electra Glide Ultra Classic. I do recommend verifying your frame has a tube diameter of 1-1/8" to 1-1/4" with a width of 10 to 14-1/2".

Hi Jerred Thank you for your reply. This is going into my toy hauler RV. What size bolts do you recommend to bolt it down with? is there a certain bolt type you recommend for bolting this down into the wood flooring of an RV? I would like to have the base removable so I am thinking of using a screw mount to bolt it down (McMaster-Carr item 94122A200). do you think 2 of those will be enough? It think i will need at least 5-6 bolts to make sure that bike does not start flying around in my RV. Thoughts?
