Using the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount # D210 to tow a motorcycle trailer and the Winch Mount Plate # C31010 to pull the motorcycle onto the trailer is a great idea!
The multipurpose ball mount has a Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) rating of 7,500 lbs and a Tongue Weight (TW) rating of 750 lbs. That is a combination of both the ball mount and the 2nd receiver so you will want to make sure that you stay within those weight capacities.
I have attached some review videos for you to check out as well as some photos that give the dimensions of both products that you can use to make sure everything will fit properly.
If you don't already have a winch then just let me know what type you are looking for and I can make a recommendation.
