Can SoftStartUp be Used with Hughes Surge Protector

Question:
I have a Hughes surge protector, can I use it along with the soft start? Or does this product have a built in surge protector.

Hey Robert, yes you can use the SoftStartup part # SSR64FR with your Hughes surge protector. This will prevent the large surge needed to fire up AC units but it does not have surge protection built into it.
