I received the soft start and installed it. The soft start did work but would not hook up / connect Bluetooth so I was unable to see the amps load as it was loading up.
I called the manufacturer and the technician suggested a couple of things to try. Unfortunately I was still unable to connect to Bluetooth.
I spoke with the technician the next day and he said that all of the soft starts connections are tested before they are shipped out. I told that I understand that and that is a good quality check before shipping.
Unfortunately they don’t have control over the shipping on how it is handled once it is enroute .
He shipped out the replacement the same day I spoke with him. I have received and installed the replacement.
It performs wonderfully. I was able to run a 13.5 furrion AC unit using the 2000 watt generator/ inverter from my truck.
I am very satisfied with the product and kudos to the company that makes the soft starts. The technician was courteous and took care of it immediately. This is the kind of employee a company desires to have employed. A great representation of the company… I definitely recommend this product and company.
