Will SSR64FR Work On A 30 Amp Outlet?

Will this soft start work with a 30 amp outlet on a 3000 Honda inverter to run a 15000 and a 13500 roof air

Hey Joseph,

This soft start, # SSR64FR, is great for running an AC unit on either a 30 amp or 50 amp hookup. So you are going to be able to do just what you are wanting. This soft start is going to reduce the startup current by 50% which is why it is great especially for running both 13,500-15,000 AC units.

What trailer or RV do you have these AC units on?

I have a question for the product expert. I have a 2000 beaver patriot coach that has two dometic 15k breeze aire 2 rooftop ac units. Coach is equipped with 50a service, hughes autoformer and I do have a 50a hughes surge protector. I sometimes end up in a 30a only park. Will this unit run both ac units? Would I have to shut off all other electrical appliances in my coach to run both? In hot weather it is really needed to have this. Don't want to fork out $600-$700 and not be able to use

@Kaptkirk The # SSR64FR is good for running multiple units. You will have no issue doing that. I would not recommend running everything you have at once, but you will not have to shut everything off in order for this to run your 2 AC units at once.
