Hello, Im looking to install a brake controller and 7-way round trailer wiring on a 2023 Kia Sorento with tow package. I have previously installed a 4-way flat using the Curt 56466 kit. Im finding it confusing what product would be best to use to get the brake controller and 7-way in this scenario. Thanks for the help.

Hello Scott, thanks for reaching out. Since you already have the 4-flat installed, you can use the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7. This kit contains everything you need to upgrade the 4-flat to a 7-way, including all of the necessary wires for a brake controller. For the brake controller, the Redarc # RED52VR is what I recommend.
