The mounting hole spacing is going to be different for the Dexter Torflex #10 Axle Side-Mount Frame Installation Hardware Kit item # DX54FR and the #12 installation kit.

We do not have the #12 installation kit at this time.

What number torflex axle do you have?

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
