Can I Upgrade My Tires on My Travel Trailer from a ST205R14 to a ST225/75R15 on My Travel Trailer?

I have a travel trailer with st205r14 tires and wheels and want to upgrade to a st225r15 t/w. The axles are wider than normal and have plenty of clearance. Is that a possibility?

Yes, you can likely upgrade from ST205/75R14 to ST225/75R15 tires and wheels, especially since you mentioned your trailer has wider axles and plenty of clearance. The ST205/75R14 tire is about 26.1 inches tall and 8.1 inches wide, while the ST225/75R15 tire is about 28.3 inches tall and 8.9 inches wide. That means the new tire is about 2.2 inches taller and 0.8 inches wider, so you'll need at least 2–3 inches of space above the tire and 1–2 inches of space on the sides to make sure nothing rubs when you're driving.
