Question:
Can I run these airbags as well as the sumo springs? SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle Part Number: SSR-338-47 Or does the airbag take the place of where the sumo spring would go?

Hey Pj! Those are not going to work together. The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs item # SSR-338-47 are going to mount in the same position on your axle and use the factory bump stop perch to attach.
Out of those two options, I recommend the Pacbrake Alpha HD Air Bag Suspension Kit item # PB49RV. These are going to offer more adjustability and support in your Mercedes rear end. They have a 5,000 lbs capacity and you're not going to effect your ride when your rear end isn't loaded down.
I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your Sprinter. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
