Jack is clicking when I press buttons. Jack has power but in not working

Hey Stephen,
The first thing I think of when I hear that clicking symptom is that the trailer jack just isn't getting enough power to fully operate. Check to make sure your ground connections are securely attached and then test the battery itself that you're pulling power from. You need to make sure you're getting 12+ volts at the terminal. If you aren't, then you'll need to charge it up before hooking up the jack again.
Are you able to manually operate the jack okay?

Hey Stephen, did you have a chance to check the ground connections and test the battery voltage for your trailer jack? I'm asking because your experience could really help others facing similar issues.
