Good question, John!
Though Redarc does have a verified fit for your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500, the one you were looking at is actually for a Toyota Tundra or Tacoma. This would be why our site is saying it doesn't fit.
For your truck, you will want the # RED65CR. This includes the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller and the vehicle specific wiring harness to plug directly into the port on your truck.
Do you have a location already in mind for where you will be mounting the knob?
