I am wondering if this would be compatible on a ford maverick with the EM07705 rack setup?

Hey Lee! The way the Erickson Truck Bed Ladder Rack # EM07705 mounts on the truck bed it won't be compatible with any tonneau cover. That includes the BAKFlip MX4 # BAK52RV. What you can do is add the TS Rails # TH25FR along with the tonneau cover.
This will allow you to add a rail/track mounted ladder rack like the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-5755. Since the uprights angle in you might have to slide the rack to clear when folding the cover. As an alternative, you could also go with a retractable cover that comes with rails like the Pace Edwards UltraGroove # PE25NJ.
