Hey Greg, thanks for reaching out!

We have the Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches # D-28 which is 14-1/4" long and features a 6" drop, but the max weight rating is 6K which might be a bit under what you're wanting.

I've got some options that are more heavy-duty, but I'll need to know what length you're looking to get out of this setup. If you can let me know what you're looking for from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch ball, I can filter through our selection so see if something will work!

I think i need around 12" hole to ball length so tailgate clears trailer jack. I can use either 2" or 2.5" shanks size and would like a class 4 or 5.

@Greg Thanks for the extra insight! What you're needing is the BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount # MD204 which meets all of your requirements and has adjustability in the height so you can tow a variety of trailers.
