Hello Robert,
The torque specs for your Titan Model 60 actuator aren’t listed in a specific manual, but the mounting bolts that attach the unit to the trailer frame typically follow standard torque values based on their size and grade. For example, if you're using Grade 5 bolts, a 1/2" bolt should be torqued to around 75 ft-lbs, and a 5/8" bolt to about 150 ft-lbs. These are pretty common across trailer setups. As for the other two bolts that are part of the sliding mechanism inside the actuator, those usually don’t have a published torque spec because they need to stay just snug enough to do their job without restricting the movement of the actuator. The key is to tighten them securely but not so much that they cause binding, usually hand snug with some threadlocker like # LT37420 does the trick.
What kind of trailer is this on? Boat trailer? If so, what kind of boat?

Hey Robert, how did things go with torquing the bolts on your Titan Model 60 actuator? Were you able to get the sliding bolts snug enough without binding the movement? Your update could make it easier for others working on the same setup.
