I would be happy to help you. The Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout - Bolt On - Drum - 2" Ball - 7,500 lbs item # T4500600 you referenced is recommend to be mounted on a 3" wide tongue. It is an industry standard actuator and has an inside width dimension of 3-1/8" to fit on the tongue. The outside dimension of the actuator is 3-1/2". It will fit on 3” x 3”, 3” x 4”, or 3” x 5" tongues. As far as the mounting holes go, the horizontal mount holes are 3" apart on center and then those are both 2-3/4" apart from the lower one I have attached a couple of pictures that will show the dimensions.
