Question:
I am interested in the Timbren 3500 lb HD axles, ASR35HDS05. I would like to know what parts you would recommend to make it a complete set, it needs electric brakes and drums / hubs, along with whatever else to make it a complete set.

Hey Michael, the correct hub/drum to use with the Timbren kit part # ASR35HDS05 would be the part # 8-201-5UC3-EZ which has a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern. Then for brakes you'd want the part # AKEBRK-7-SA.
The hubs mentioned have a 6 lug bolt pattern, do you have wheels and tires already?

I do have wheels and tires. But they are a 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern. I was originally thinking of upgrading to a 5200 lb axle set, but wasn't really wanting to have to replace my wheels and tires. So I was hoping the 3500 lb HD set would still be an upgrade but not require new wheels and tires. My RV is a 3500 lb RV, putting it is near the limits of a 3500 lb axle set I think. So I was trying to upgrade to give me more of a safety buffer. Also, we tend to take it down rough roads, often dirt roads (we pull it with a Jeep). If I have to replace my wheels and tires it seems smarter to go with the 5200 lb axle set.
