Question:
My 2001 Winnebago Class C has a 6 pole for connection to my toad. The center pole is supposed to have 12v to extend into the toad but it is dead. Since I will normally be traveling less than 2 hours to a campground is there a wireless trickle charge that I can hook up to keep my battery from draining?

Hey Karl, first thing you need to do is activate the 12 volt accessory circuit of your trailer wiring connector so that it could deliver a trickle charge to your towed vehicle. We actually have a kit for that with the part # RM-156-75 and then we also have a kit for the towed vehicle as well with the part # RM-156-25. With these two kits installed your RV would be able to trickle charge the towed vehicle.

Hey Karl, how did things go after adding the charge line kits for your Winnebago and towed vehicle? Did they keep your toad’s battery from draining on those shorter trips? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same setup.
