Question:
Hello, is there by chance a 7 pin flat to 7 pin round pole pin adapter that is listed on the site that I may have missed or is this something that I would have to have custom made?

Hello Warren, thanks for reaching out. We may have an adapter for you. If your trailer is a 7-round and your truck is a 7-pin flat, you can use the adapter part # 47595. That or what a lot of people do it replace the 7-round with a standard 7-flat like part # PK12706. This way no adapter would be required.
If the scenario is the other way around and your truck has the 7-round and your trailer is a 7-flat, I am afraid there is no adapter for this. The best option here would be to swap out the plug on your truck for a standard 7-flat.
If you want to look into it let me know what your tow vehicle is and I can see what your options are.
