Will EcoHitch Front Hitch Block Collision Sensors On 2019 Ford F-350 Diesel

Question:

I have a 2019 F350 SRW platinum with the diesel motor. Will this work and not interfere with the front collision sensors?

Hey Daniel!

Good question. The good news though is that the EcoHitch Front Hitch # 306-X7904 isn't going to affect the front collision sensors on your F-350. The crosstube of the hitch will sit behind the bumper and sensors, so it's not going to block anything.

Now with that being said, where things could get dicey is with whatever you plan on using the hitch for. Once you have a rack or winch (or whatever your plans are) attached to the hitch, it's very possible the accessory is what ends up blocking those sensors since it'll likely sit pretty close to where they're located, depending on how big it is.

What do you plan on using the hitch for?
