Hey Tim! The Draw-Tite Hitch item # 75992 has a rectangular cross tube but it does not fit a 2023 Kia Telluride. This hitch fits the following vehicles:
2007 - 2008 Ford Edge
2009 - 2014 Ford Edge excluding Sport
2007 - 2015 Lincoln MKX
For a Draw-Tite hitch that fits the 2023 Telluride you'll want item # DT32RR. This hitch also has a rectangular crosstube but also incorporates a round portion that goes over the exhaust. I attached a picture below so you can get a better look at it.
