Will B&W Companion Fit 2018 Ram 3500 Prep Package Gooseneck Hole

Hello i have a 2018 Ram 3500 with OEM puck system including Gooseneck puck. Am I able to install a sliding fifth wheel hitch designed to go into the Gooseneck or do I have to buy an adapter.

HI Calvin; the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3400-5W only fits the square hole from their Turnoverball. Since you have the prep package the only option is the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3670 designed to fit the puck system.
