Question:
I have a 2012 Ford F350 with a 7 pin outlet. I just acquired a 1994 Sun Lite Eagle WT with running lights, rear lights and reverse lights. The camper has a 6 pin square outlet. I would like as I drive the battery in the camper to charge. I believe the camper is set up for that What cord system do I need to correctly hook up the camper to the truck? Thank you.

Hey Patrick, so first to connect the trailer to your truck you're going to need to first use the 6-Pole Square Trailer Wiring Connector Kit # 37995 and then splice together the 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector # H20043.
Now that the trailer is connected to the truck, you'll then have to run the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25 from your truck's battery to the trailer battery and it'll provide a trickle charge while you tow.

Bryce, Could I use this HM20087? To hook to my truck and then wire to the six pin kit? The connector doesn’t have to have the led lights but the 7 pin rv connector? I don’t think the 4 footer would be long enough. Thanks, Patrick

Bryce, The camper with the six pin box connecter is a slide in bed truck camper. I want to make sure my trucks round seven pin when connected to the slide in box campers six pin will charge the camper while I am driving the truck it sits in. The camper sits in the bed of my truck. And where does the seventh wire of the seven piggy to on the six pin? Again my camper has rear lights, reverse lights, stop and running lights. The camper sits down overlapping in front my trucks rear lights. Just making clarification. Thanks, Patrick
