This was a perfect install. I had the hole drilled and the cable hooked up in 15 minutes. The 90* curve and the spacer are a must. I highly recommend this part to anyone that needs an in bed 7 pin hookup.
I have a 2000 dodge. The plugs weren't right for my dodge even though the description says it's for a dodge. Other than that it was nice. A little pricy I thought.
Wiring harness fit perfectly, very easy and quick installation. No splicing of wires.
This harness was very easy to install. The only concern is the wires not encapsulated all the way. I wrapped the remaining wire in plastic loom. Pig tail ends snapped right in to factory harness.
Great product, excellent quality. Just remember this product is for a long bed truck and should be installed IN FRONT of the wheel well and use the seven food version for a short bed. My installation look about an hour and looks and works great, but I'll always know the extra wire I cleverly hid is there!
Great product. Took about 30 minutes to install. Drill the hole with a 2" hole saw, slide the harness thru, make your connections, button up the excess wire harness and you're all done. No fuss no muss !
Great product ,this wiring harness was even easier to install than the instructions called for.
I removed the liner keeper on the rear stake pocket, pulled the liner out from the wall allowing access between it and the truck bed, layed the wire into the space between the liner and bed, running it to the rear. Excess wire is curled up in front of the wheel well after hooking into existing truck wire harness.
The hard part was pulling the tail gate loose, supporting it (back up camera wire precludes tail gate removal unless disconnected).
Plug end of harness fits between bed and bumper nicely (plenty of room to slip it into place). Disconnected existing plugs and inserted new harness into open connectors.
I used a metal bracket (availabe at walmart or auto stores) to secure the 7 way connector end to the bed lip close to my tool box. This permitted the wire to fall behind the bedliner. Drilled one hole to secure bracket, then cut liner for wire. pushed liner back into place reinstalled liner keeper (plastic screw in expandable plastic anchor).
As an after thought, to protect the exposed wires to the connectors, I installed a plastic wire sheath over these, and secured the ends with electrical tape, then used wire ties to complete the installation.

PS Dodge does not have a source for these harnesses. I told them about you as a source. It would have benn atleast another month or longer to get this harness. Dodge dealer had this on back order for me for over a month as it was.
2025 Chevy dually, I needed a plug up toward the cab on driver side for cabover camper. Easiest way to install was to loosen the front bed bolts in the front of truck bed and remove the rear bed bolts. jack up the rear of truck bed with a floor jack and a piece of wood a couple inches. put protection between cab and truck bed before jacking up bed., Also block the bed prior to putting your hands up there to rout the harness next to the main wire harness. I hope this makes scents and is helpful.

Doesn’t come with adaptor plate to fill in factory cutout on 2024 Silverado 2500. Should be included if it is an exact fit for this vehicle. Great customer service, return was immediately accepted, printed shipping label, ordered the Curt setup for my truck.

The wiring harness is absolutely painless to put in, plug and play. The shipping was fast, and it worked perfectly on the first try. Once installed you’d hardly notice it in the pickup bed especially with a bed liner. I like that the wiring is heavier guage than the Hopkins or Drawtite and it is in a sealed sheeth to prevent corrosion.
I purchased this to use on my 2024 Ram 5500 Chassis Cabs flatbed for plugging in my truck camper. It worked great. This is the second time that I have purchased this product for a different installation, I haven't been disappointed either time. It is a very easy install.

Everything shipped rather quickly. We had them installed within a day. Have not had a chance to connect the gooseneck trailer yet. But should work fine.
This product worked perfectly. In fact, I even think it works better than the OEM plug in that came stock with my truck. The plug stays in firmly and it is way more convenient for my 5th wheel.

Andy, this 7-way is for newer Dodge trucks with the round connectors. For your 2000 with square connections, you need part 51-97-411. http:/www.etrailer.com/p-51-97-411.html
