Hello Mark, thanks for reaching out. Both the Reese # RP37KR and # RP67KR are for the 2023-current F250, F350 and F450.
The difference is the # RP67KR includes the 30924 5th Wheel Mounting Rail Adapter part # RP47KR. This kit is intended for vehicles with factory welded inner brackets.
The # RP37KR kit is for vehicles without the factory welded inner brackets.
