If your RV is already prepped for the Ground Control 3.0 system, this kit has everything you will need to automatically level and stabilize it, without unneeded, duplicate components.

Note: Determine where these jacks will be mounted on your trailer. Use this system if there will be 20' or more between the center of the landing gear footpad and the center of the rear jack footpad. If your setup requires less than 20' between the jacks, use the 4-point Ground Control system (LC358590) instead.
Leveling your fifth-wheel RV has never been easier thanks to the Ground Control 3.0 electric leveling system. The motorized leveling legs eliminate the need for labor-intensive, manual scissor jacks. And the auto-level feature takes out the guesswork by automatically and precisely leveling your RV. All you have to do is step back and watch as Ground Control 3.0 levels your rig right before your eyes.
Automatic Leveling for Your 5th-Wheel RV
The auto-level feature provides the easiest, most efficient way to level your rig. With automatic leveling, you don't need to go through the trial and error of referencing levels and manipulating jacks one at a time. Just set the level position (zero-point) once, and the Ground Control 3.0 will bring your RV to that same preset point each time.
When first setting up the Ground Control 3.0 you will need to manually level your RV. With some leveling systems, manipulating the jacks individually can result in damage to your trailer's frame. Ground Control has built-in twist prevention so that you won't have to worry about twisting and damaging your frame.
In addition to automatically leveling your RV, the Ground Control 3.0 can also correctly position your trailer for hookup with the hitch recognition feature. This time-saving function stores your RV's position when you unhook from your tow vehicle so that it can automatically return the RV to that position when you're ready to hitch back up again.
Motorized Jacks with Hall Effect Technology
The 6 motorized jacks included with the Ground Control system employ Hall effect technology to precisely and quickly raise and lower your RV. These jacks use sensors to measure the number of motor revolutions per minute instead of amp draw. This allows for more precise control over the motor than you'd have with conventional motorized jacks, which results in more accurate leveling of your trailer.
Convenient Operation
Ground Control 3.0 offers 2 convenient ways to level your rig. Setting up camp is at your fingertips.
Touchpad with Lighted LCD Screen
The included, easy-to-use touchpad makes leveling your RV as simple as pressing a few buttons. The lighted LCD screen provides helpful prompts and alerts you to the status of the system. There are also indicator lights that let you know what functions are being performed.
Installation
Upgrading your rig with the Ground Control 3.0 system is simple. The 2 landing gear jacks mount to existing points on your RV and secure with included hardware. The 4 rear jacks come with mounting brackets that bolt onto 8", 10", or 12" I-beam frames with included hardware. Mounting the rear jacks does require drilling. A sensor is also included for the rear jacks. This will be mounted on a crossmember near the rear jacks.
The control module for the system mounts in a compartment under the coach with included hardware. This module has a wiring harness that connects directly to your 12-volt battery. Wiring harnesses are also included that connect the jack motors, rear sensor, and the touchpad to the control module.

Hello, neighbor, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our Lippert Ground Control 3.0 electric leveling kit for a prepped fifth wheel. So folks, this is for, again, a prepped fifth wheel. It's understood that you would have two jacks already on your fifth wheel, and then these four jacks in this kit would give you a total of six, being a six point set at that time. Now, one thing to note is that you would use this system if there's gonna be 20 feet or more between the center of the landing gear foot pad and the center of your rear jack foot pad. If there's not 20 feet or more, this is the wrong kit for you.
We have another kit for a measurement less than that. Now, getting into it, whenever you have this installed, again, there's that 20 feet I was talking about. Hopefully that graphic will explain it a little bit better. But again, if there's more than 20 feet between the center of the landing gear foot pad and the center of the rear jack foot pad, this is the kit for you. Now folks, this electronic leveling system will let you quickly and rapidly easily level and stabilize your fifth wheel RV.
And it has an auto level feature that automatically levels your trailer perfectly with a simple touch of a button on the controlled pad. Now, the manual mode will let you move each individual jack by itself or in pairs, however you decide to set it up. And the touch pad control has an easy to read button and LED screen here. Now this mounts inside a front exterior storage compartment with the included hardware and everything you have here along with all the hardware for the jack. I didn't lay all the hardware out 'cause I didn't have space, but all the hardware for the jack mounts, and that touch pad there, control module is in that bag.
Now the motorized jacks raise and lower and support the RV. The drop legs on the front landing gear allow for greater adjustability. Now this has a precise leveling using haul effect technology, and that just means that it measures the motor home revolutions per minute instead of amps or measures the motor revolutions per minute instead of amps. Everything here is a nice sturdy steel construction with a nice powder coat black color finish over the top so you don't have to worry about corrosion as much. It's corrosion resistant and everything.
Now there's a manual override access on all the jacks to allow operation in case of power failure, and it's simply under this plug here on the top and then you could raise it up or down manually that way if you needed to. Now the rear jacks install on 8 inch, 10 inch, or 12 inch frames. So you've got all that option here with the jack mounting bracket. You got all these different holes and everything to go to those frame widths and heights. Now drilling is required, so I wanna point that out as well. And your front landing gear uses existing mounting points on the RV. This is gonna run to a 12 volt power supply. You're gonna use the control board here and everything whenever you're wiring everything up. You get control modules, you get a mounting bracket, you get all the different wiring harnesses that come with it, they've all got the joist connectors on the ends and everything. So very nice, very easy to install. Just take some time, read the instructions before you start just to make sure you understand what you're doing before you start. And again, folks, this is rated for up to 15,500 pounds capacity. The rear jacks have a travel of 12.5 inches while the front jacks have a total of 36 inches. Well, folks that will wrap it up for our quick look at this Lippert Ground Control 3.0 kit. I'm Steven, thanks so much for watching. Have a great day.
