Hello Ken, thanks for reaching out. Both of the kits you mentioned, the Timbren # TGMRCK25D and # TGMRTT35D are correct for your 2020 Chevy 2500. The difference is the 25D is a standard duty kit, while the 35D is a severe service kit.
The severe service kits are intended for vehicles with a constant heavy load in the bed like a truck bed camper, or salt spreader. They are designed to be constantly loaded.
The standard duty kit is more suited for towing applications like travel trailers or 5th wheels.
What are you planning on hauling/ needing these for?
