Will this box work with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Aluminum - Black - Qty 2 for a 2018 Ford Explorer Sport AWD? If not what what is needed?

Hello Victor, thanks for reaching out. Sounds like you are on the right track, because the Rhino-Rack Vortex Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # RR98VE for the 2018 Ford Explorer will indeed work with the Thule Motion 3 Rooftop Cargo Box # TH59PN.
The Rhino roof rack uses an aero crossbar, and the Thule box is made to be universal, so it will work with virtually any crossbar shape or brand. The crossbars must be spaced between 21-13/16" and 36-9/16" inches apart, and the fixed mounting points on your Explorer will undoubtedly meet this requirement.
