Hello Jeff,

I looked up Ford's SKU LC3Z19F503A, I see that it is the Gooseneck ball kit for your OEM Prep Package (Puck System). I do have a B&W Hitch that is going to sit in the Pucks (not on the Gooseball, please refer to image I attached) but it is not the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs # BWRVK3270.

Instead you are going to want the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K # BWRVK3370, I am assuming that you have the 6 3/4' bed since you were asking about the slider hitch. I've included an install video that my buddy Kevin did for you to check out.

Did you already have the Patriot and were trying to get it to work with the new set up?

I actually don't have the puck system. I do have the Hitch. Looking for the right system so I don't have rails in the bed.

@Jeff Ok got it, so that was just the gooseneck that was installed in the bed of the truck. The only 5th wheel hitch that I know of (because we carry it) that will attach to a regular gooseneck ball is the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Single Jaw - 21,000 lbs # DM8550045. The only way that I know to mount the Patriot in the bed of your truck is with the rails like # BWRVK2402. I am really sorry I do not have the answer you were hoping for.
