Can I Replace the Base on the B&W Patriot to Fit the Chevy Puck System?

I currently have the B and W Patriot fifth wheel slider for my 2020 Chevy 2500. I am trading for a 2021 chevy 3500. Can I use my current head and just purchase the replacement slider base the companion?

No, sorry you can't. The head of the B&W Patriot Slider item # BWRVK3270 is different then the Companion and not compatible. Also none of the puck system adapters that provide an industry standard base are compatible with the Patriot because of how low the slider base is.
To use a B&W sliding hitch in your new 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500 with the factory puck system you will need the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider item # BWRVK3775.
