Can these be used to change a tire in an emergency? Itd be a lot easier than having to carry around a separate jack! Thanks!

Hey Peter, I am sure people have used scissor jacks like the part # e56VV as jacks for spare changing here and there but I cannot safely recommend you do so. They are designed to lift and if the tire is flat the jack would be at an angle and would potentially break. Plus it could drop on you since it wasn't rated for that.
A bottle jack like the part # ALL640405 would be a much better option if you'd be open to that?
