Hey John, what tonneau cover do you have currently? Does it have tracks for accessories to attach to on it's rails? Hopefully so because we have the Yakima OverHaul HD adjustable ladder rack part # Y01151-5755 that was designed for that application and fits your 2023 Ford Maverick. This would be a really great option.
