Can you use this as a hitch high/low adapter? Or can this only be used for a plow?

Hey Lelia, while the 4" Drop Extension for Meyer HomePlow and Wingman Snowplows # ME95FR wasn't designed to be used as a high low adapter for flat towed vehicles I don't see why it couldn't be used for that based on it's design. What vehicle are you flat towing?
