Will the Dometic CCC II T Stat operate both a new Dometic Penquin II heat pump and an existing Aquahot 450 D?

Hello Bruce, thanks for getting in touch. Yes, the Dometic CCCII Thermostat # DMC23ZR will operate both your Penguin II AC unit with heat pump and your Aquahot 450D Furnace. The different modes of operation are OFF, Cool, Heat Pump, Fan, Heat Strip, Auto, & Furnace or Aqua.
